Industrial waste service provider thankful for J. J. Keller knowledge/experience
The Safety & Compliance Manager of a Wisconsin industrial waste service provider attended J. J. Keller’s Executive Forum, “Six Factors of a DOT Audit” in Kenosha, WI and previewed Driver Management Online™ (DMO). The Manager felt that DMO could be the right tool to manage all 60 drivers in 7 locations in 4 states and requested J. J. Keller’s Midwest Metro Account Executive to come and make a more formal presentation of DMO.
The Operations Manager and Assistant attended DMO training at J. J. Keller and it was there that they experienced first-hand the level of knowledge and expertise that characterizes J. J. Keller. Shortly thereafter, another contract was signed for KellerSCAN Log Auditing Services and DOT Drug and Alcohol program management for 65 drivers and Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol program management for an additional 82 employees. The Operations Manager and Assistant returned to J. J. Keller for implementation with Client Service Team Leader and Driver Client Service Manager. They were introduced to their assigned Client Service Specialists for Drug and Alcohol and for Log Auditing as well as the Publications and Product Sales rep who will handle the CabPacks for both DOT and Non-DOT Accident Kits. The Employee Services Line Leader was also on hand to answer specific questions. Finally, the Operations Manager and Assistant had the opportunity to speak with J. J. Keller’s Consultant about policies and procedures for their current Drug and Alcohol program. Specifically, what is regulated and what is considered a best practice.
The Operations Manager wrote the following note to Keller’s Metro Account Executive: “I just wanted to drop a line to thank you for your time yesterday. We are in the midst of a policy “over haul” that will allow us to support and attain our goals. By now I’m positive you appreciate and understand the complexity of our organization and with the assistance of yourselves and your organization we have full confidence that we will attain our goal. So THANK YOU very much and I look forward to hearing from and working with you.”
